We were instructed by the Management Agent of a flat block in Guildford to provide a Building Maintenance Survey and schedules of work.
Accord’s Survey included an assessment of the condition: of the roof and roof coverings including chimney stacks and flashings, gutters and downpipe, main walls, damp proof course, external joinery, external decoration, boundaries and external finishes, the communal areas, such as, timbers, voids and insulation, joinery, floor coverings and decoration and then recommending timescales for repairs.
