Accord acted on behalf of a neighboring owner to negotiate terms for a Party Wall Award and Access License.The award and license were necessary for the developer next door to redevelop their site. We ensured that the provisions within the Party Wall etc 1996 were complied with and the Party Wall Award clearly set out the rights and duties of the developer who was undertaking the work. Also, terms for an Access License was negotiated with the developers Surveyor in order to facilitate the building works and provide safe access on and over our clients property. All parties were pleased with the outcome.
