We prepared and submitted both planning and building regulation applications for this house in Farnham, Surrey.
Accord listened to the clients ideas and then advised on the feasibility. Once this was agreed we presented a sketch scheme and consulting with statutory authorities to obtain advice early on during the project to help avoid delays and abortive costs.
The scheme design drawings were developed by our in-house architectural designers using AutoCAD software. Following client sign off these applications are lodged with the Local Authority for approval.
When the plans were approved we helped source contractors tenders and reported on cost and making recommendations. We monitored the standard of workmanship, snagging and dealing with design variations and associated costs on behalf of our client.
They were extremely pleased with the final outcome.
